Launcher Problems

On the Launcher I wrote my username and my password. Im sure I wrote the right username and password and then came a error with the code 401-0. Please help me!!!

I installed OutsparkFiesta_stub.1.2.60b and I can play Fiesta again but I don´t find my old character. Why?

You have to download the new client. The old one does NOT work now.

Because ALL Closed beta characters were deleted. Only people that made it to 20th+ level had a name saved( name ONLY) for a character.

Do you have a firewall running? if so either turn it off or open the ports for the game.


Do you have the latest version of Direct X 9.0c?

My launcher is working fine with my username and password..
However when my brother tried his username and password, there is an error... 401-0:unauthorised
His username and password is correct as he is able to log in the website but is unable to log in the launcher

the only way we can play, is they let us download the new launcher, but the website where we download the new launcher is some how.... not found.

The issue with the launcher can be resolved by manually downloading and installing the patch. Please save to your desktop, and install it from your desktop. Here is a link that will help.
