Buy a phino couple ring (Or whatever ring you prefer)

Have your wedding, exhange your vows, exchange the rings and you're married xD

could a lvl 40 fighter marry someone like 20 or lvls lower than them?also do they have to be the same class?

There is no official, preset way for a cleric or anyone to marry you. Nor is there a preset way for exchanging vows. I suppose you just make up your vows with your significant other and then exchange them during the formal wedding.
