i was wooondering where you can purchase a ring for a unofficial/officail marriage? and what if the one your marrying is a cleric or do you need someone else to do it

the official service is not out yet, the rings are an SC item that will come out with the service -probably an NPC will be the director of the ceremonies.

For unofficial weddings there is no ring, only a ceremony you and your friends have together -you plan the event yourself, invite your friends and find a priest. The priest does not need to be a cleric, but most are simply because they fit the role as a class.
