My friend on bijou, royaleheal, moved to another city and didn't get to play fiesta for a while because he had no internet. So a couple months go by and he logs in and he was in jail. He checked his messages on outspark.com and he had none explaining why he had gone to jail. So a couple weeks passed by and he try logging in again and it he cant it says "The id has been blocked". Well now he cant login outspark.com to check any messages explaining why and he can't log in. So all those months he put in playing fiesta and making money and buying sparkcash had gone to waste without even an explanation. So please gm's tel me why his account was banned or if he can even get his character back.
Thank You for your cooperation everyone.

Moved to another city? Does that mean he's gone to another city overseas? Some countries have been blocked from playing. If it's not that then pm Fiesta_Help about your friend's account, that's my only suggestion.

He remained in the US. I'll be sure to tel him to contact Fiesta Help though.
Thanks for your help.

Also let him check his email. They usually send in an email when you get banned.

Might have been a cash shop issue, if hes ever used the CS. I think they've had issues in the past where it auto bans people. Just have him email support@outspark.com with details and his outspark login name.
Unless he's let people use his account while inactive, and they screwed up, he really shouldn't be banned.

Although the likelihood is pretty slim, it sounds like his account could have been hacked. Best you tell him to contact Outspark and request an account activity log from the last few months. I'm pretty sure they'll accommodate something like that if you tell them that you feel vital personal information (what you give Outspark when you register) has been compromised.

From what I can see...
royaleheal was involved with Gold Trafficking. The punishment for this is permanent ban.

O.O what is Gold Trafficking? It brings to mind something like Drug Trafficking O.O

Gold Trafficking is buying gold from the sites that spam in-game. These purchases can be discovered, and as mentioned, earn you a ban.

Gold trafficking is a serious offense. It unbalances Fiesta's in-game economy. If you launder money in real life, you go to jail for it; why shouldn't you go to jail in Fiesta?

Here here. That actually makes a ton of sense and I suggest it be put in the ToS as an example

Heh.. Snap!
Those spammers and scammers should face criminal action for all the suffering they cause the easily manipulated.. I'd prefer personal violence of coarse.. but oh gawd the paperwork..
Sorry about your friend hope next time he knows better than to think gold buying is safe.

Criminal action O.O
I wonder how that would work on Fiesta...
Hahah they should make a "Fiesta Court" or "Judge Dakkon" or something O.O
Where people get to go to trial.
That way, if it was a misunderstanding, they have a chance to prove their cause and innocence ^^

Haha alright.
But it would be fun to have that. And it would also be nice.

One huge question remains. Was the gold traficing done while he was away from fiesta? If so then there was a hacking but only Outspark and royaleheal know for sure.

Well unfortunately GM's probably won't contact you personally; especially not in the forums.
Nor do they necessarily explain their actions to someone.
If he was banned, it was probably for a legitimate reason.
And if not, I have plenty incriminating screenies of your friend ;).

Screenies aren't necessary. The CSRs can, and do, track any and all suspicious transactions in the game. I really don't know how to put this any differently, but your friend got himself banned for being greedy.
Earn your gold and play the game. Buy gold and get banned... and waste real $$$ in the process.
