When i try entering King Slime's Counterattack I get the msg "Cannot find kingdom quest.

This isnt a technical problem.
You are simply trying to join the event out of the event recruiting stage.
Wait for it to show recruiting.
By default the ones recruiting are found down the bottom of the list.
