Book of Kastled 4/8 help!!

I have tried to meet with the thief guild master to ask about the artisan, but he says nothing about the quest. I have both the broken book and the copy in my inventory. Please help. How do I get him to talk to me about the book.

The Theif Guildmaster doesn't even give the quest button option. When I go back to the Magician Guildmaster, he tells me I still need to find the Rouge Guildmaster and ask him for an artisan to copy the Kalsted Book. Is there another roug guilmaster other than the one in Eir? Cause the one in Eir wont talk to me about the quest. HEEELLLPPP PLEAAASSE!!! *sniffles*
