Lucky Balls (?)

Questions about them::confused:
Are the random items permanent in all of the balls, or just in some of them? and if thats the case, which are the ones who give the permanent items?
or are none permanent? or are them all permanent? :confused:

And I never heard of anyone get non-permanent gears from them
However there is a great chance you will get potions or equivalent
