Mini house issues

In CB1 and CB2 I had issues with trying to rest, the house does not pop up even though not near other mini houses or NPC. It does not happen all the time but frequently enough to interrupt gaming. Also my house gets stuck when I try to end rest I have to log out and back in to start running around again. Please help.
