plz help i dont know what to do!

hi, i dont know if this is the right place in putting the forum but a while ago my character kept getting sent back a little ways and then the screen froze for like 10 sec.. i just bought a brand new computer and the game was working perfectly, there was no lag anywere and my character never got sent back. but today that started to happen again T_T what do i do?? plz help me! :( :( :( :(

Sounds like you're having a lag problem.
Make sure your connection is running correctly, and that you don't have any other programs/applications open as well. Or any downloads going on. These can cause lag issues.

thank you very much :D btw.. do u think McAfee SecurityCenter has anything to do with the lag?

It might if it's installing updates or running a scan. I know I lag like crazy when it does that to me @_@
