It says the open beta is here, but it's still in closed beta phase (i can't log in)

When you get that message it means you're trying to access the game on a outdated client. You will need to install (ie: Re-DL) the game and then it should work for you.
What you're trying to do is load up the old beta version and access the game. It'll cut you off and give you that message unless you re-DL the game client.
