Kay, so I have noticed quite a few people talking about:

-My download crashes/freezes at a certain point and I have to start over..

-Why does the download take so long?

-My connection is rubbish and my ___kbps is too low, how do I make it higher?

The way to solve all of these queries is a Download Manager.

These are free, download aiding devices which let you resume frozen/crashed downloads and speed up the download prossess aswell. Thy are extremley handy for large downloads such as Fiesta.

*I recomomend www.freedownloadmanager.org (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/) , A very good, virus free Download Manager.

For other download managers search Google or go on www.downloads.cnet.com (http://www.downloads.cnet.com/)

Good luck, Claire

Theres a "Play" Button at the top of the freedownloadmanager Window. If the download stops you should be able to reume it by pressing this button. If not, read the help section of the software. There is also a list of all attempted/sucsessfull downloads. Simply click on the download of you choice and resume it.

Nonono, Have you downloaded freedownloadmanager?

If so you have to restart the download.

Press the + Sign at the top left hand corner of the page

then copy and paste the url link for the download into the box with http//: in it

Then theres a box with "save to" in it, change that to "open" then press OK
