1. Read the tutorial.
2. Talk to all the people in town and accept any quests they offer (Except for Kingdom Quests, ignore that when your first starting out).
3. Go out side of town and kill th emonsters you need to complete your quests. Gain XP
4. Pick up ALL the loot that drops from your kills. Sell it to merchants to make money.
5. rinse and repeat.
6. don't spend a lot of money on something you don't understand. The more you play, the more you will begin to understand how things work.
7. Watch what other people are doing, notice the spells and special moves? Go back and talk to the different merchants... the peices of the puzzle should start falling into place.

Half of the fun is learning to play it on your own. Could*I give you loads of advice? Yep, I sure could. But I only help those that make an attempt to help themselves first. Sorry
