Problem to start launcher

Hi... help is appreciated

this is my fifth time re-installing -_-* ( yes i downloaded it 5 times...and each time took me 3 hour!!!!!)

everytime after i installed it, I click on the launcher and it says outspark.exe setting is not correct , reinstall the program may solve the problem, which i did... but it never worked.

anyone else having the same problem like me?

I re-installed*many times already and what i get is still the application setting is not correct etc

I dont have problem downloading its that i cant run the Launcher,Outspark.exe and other file.

If that doesnt work.



try turning all firewalls off.
