It's just him talking about Fiesta, his personal experience of it, all the in game stuff and the community.
It's entertaining if you want something to listen to while playing and I suggest you check it out :)

Hey these are pretty cool. Maybe sometime I could help you out or comment on them too. Might broaden your audience if you introduce another member to the cast.
Plus, I'm a girl, which sometimes makes a difference. xD
