Can't log on? [Archive] - Outspark Forums

When I click the "play" button, the game will open a white window, and my mouse cursor will change into the game's one.* But, it stays at that white screen. .

The program then stops responding.

My window won't open. every time I press play there is always a wierd thing on it. !?-. then it stops and goes back to the ID and password stuff

Do you have a firewall? If so it is most likely blocking it. Either turn it off or open the ports for the game.

yea i can get the game to come up but when i go to play it will stop and quit

every time i try to log on i press play and it says i am unothorized to participate in the closed beta but its not in closed beta

Same here...i don't get it. I was able to play it before, but not now. Does anyone know what i am suppost to do to get myself authorized again?

Mine says Invalid user name or password (its not) and it says unauthorized too.../sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-frown.gif

i am in the process of uninstalling all fiesta files and i am going to download it again.

That's all well and good. And fyi, I did read the News and Announcements. However, mine gets a twist. We have three people with accounts in my household - myself and two of my sons. I can log in with no problems - in fact, I'm logged in right this very second. And my younger son can log in with no problems. However, my oldest gets that message about not being authorized for closed beta. We each log in (obviously at different times) on the same computer and with the same launcher. So why is it working for two out of the three accounts?

Now, I am currently re-downloading the launcher. Understand I say *re-downloading* the launcher because I verified that the one I installed previously is the exact same version that I am downloading right now - OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b.

If this does anything to correct the problem, I'll let you know.

I re-downloaded and installed to a different drive after uninstalling the first install and removing everything that had anything to do with Fiesta. It did exactly NADA, NOTHING, ZERO, ZIP. I can still log in fine. My oldest still gets the not authorized for closed beta message. Looks like there is a problem with the launcher people.

I cant log on because im unauthorized to (I didnt do anything wrong only been playing for 2 days and my account name isnt anything bad).... please help i played this game yesterday and i really liked it... and want to continue playing it. WELL LISTIN UP THIS IS HOW I FOUND OUT ITS NOT WORKING STEP 1:CLICK ON START BUTTON TEHN CONTROL PANNEL NEXT CLICK ON LANGAUAGE AND REGIONS AFTER THAT CLICK ON ADVANDED AND IF YOU DONT HAVE IT THEN CLICK ON DATE,TIME,LANGAUAGE, ETC.
STEP 2:CLICK ON LANGAUGE AND REGIONS.
STEP 3:LOOK UP AND CLICK ON LANGUAGE
STEP 4:CHECK IN THE BUBBLE INSTALL EAST ASIAN LANGUAGES
STEP 5:RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND IT SHOULD WORK FINE.

IF IT DOESNT WORK THEN LEFT CLICK ON DESKTOP AND CLICK PROPERTIES.
AFTER THAT CLICK ON SETTINGS THEN MOVE TO ATLEAST 1280 X 1024 PIXIELS

Well if it still doesnt work then change your password "TWICE" NOT MORE THAN TWICE just twice after that. THe passowrd should be the same. try to log in. this time it doesnt say incorrect passowrd or id it says you are autozide from CB. So, go on website log in and off. Then put on 1024 x 7xx pixels or more and 32k and hit Play and it says your graphics card is 16k so exit the window then hit play and it works

IF IT DOESNT WORK THEN RESTART EAST ASIAN LANGAUGE. DO NOT REINSTALLED THE GAME OR THE PROBLEM WILL ACUQIRED AGAIN.
