They need to up the capacity on characters allowed in at once.

that isn't a good idea. Simply because the encounters are designed for a maximum of 15 ppl. Increasing the amount of characters allowed in will trivialize everything. Unless devs tune KQs up, wich is an uneeded amount of work.
I agree that something need to be done with KQs, but not that.

How about tossing in enough KQes to fill the rest of the alphabet, switch them to start every one hour instead of every two, and haveing the people join in after 10minutes instead of right at the start of the time frame?

or make ppl who have already been in for that day have to wait for like 3 hours before they can go again..its not much time but it allows others to go in
*u always see ppl go in that are THE SAME ppl from last time..and they say to click fast which is bs

actually it's not an equal chance to get in. And i'm 1 of those people who u would see in there i can usually get game A or B if a lil slower, i have my way :D

If your computer meets the MINIMUM specs you should have a fair chance.. period. I far exceed even the reccomended specs and still have them fill up so it's NOT my fault nor my computer's so who does that leave?
I guess it was al lthe slow computers who had DL problems as well according to you? Not the outspark servers?
