cant log in getting ?!_ (upside down)

i've reinstalled over 5times, tryed it with out firewalls, but every time i enter user name and password i get ?!_ (upside down) pop up click ok and i get it again with 2 after it then itshuts game down. been trying to get in game 2 days.

Could you all provide me with a few more details on the problem you're experiencing?


As I understand it, when you start the launcher and log in, the Launcher is creating an alert that gives you an error. After that, the game will not launch. Is this correct?


To address the issue, we need to know exactly when each thing is occurring. We also need to know if the Launcher is giving the error, or if the game is. Screenshots would be even better!

i double click*the lancher,*type in my name and password in but*when i click play two boxes come up*one*saying ?!._ (upside down)* then one saying*?!._2 (upside down) then it all closes
