random drop man. Youd be better off trying to purchase the book from a sellshop in essene eir or jot

yea i went over there and got a master sandstorm book...but it's useless unless i get the other one first......

Hmm then I'm guessing it's still bugged and drops at level 4x maps... try looking around CandyVault...
