Cant log in properly :/

For some reason


When I bring up the launcher*and put in my ID and password


When I press play It comes up with a window with and upsode down Question mark and an upside down exclimation mark. And closes the launcher and doesnt let me play.


 


Can anyone help me please?


 


And If it helps it was my first time trying to get into the game.

I honestly haven't encountered this problem but I know there are many others going through the same issue you are. Have you by chance tried a clean uninstall or re-DL of the game client? I dont know if it'll help or not.

i kinda have that same problem after i log into the game a white screen comes up and thats it my friend saidf that it is prolly laggin but im not sure
