2 problems: potion production and macro's

Ok my first problem:


I bought a recipe HP potion (tier 1) and a recipe SP potion (tier 1). But here is my problem, when I right click them I get this message: Selected production skill can not be learned. Does anyone know how to make it so I CAN learn those scolls?


 


Problem two:


I accedently clicked some button with opens a new macro interface thinngy (left bottom) but I can't find out how to remove it (I have 4 of those macro bars now) could anyone tell me how to remove them?

problem two i dont know, but to be able to learn that production skill you have to first open up your skills, then go the alchemy, then the alchemy picture, then you have to click on production skills near the bottom, then click on the potion production, and click again on one of the empty top slots. Now you can learn your potion produciton skill

Far right of the hotbars are 2 little circles. One of them flips the hotbar on its side and the other one toggles though them. Each time you press it it adds anoither,It will go to 4 then back to one.
