Hi I am currently doing the quest. For some reason beltran won't gives me the questWHY:confused::confused:?

wait lvl 60 had a quest? so it's not just me...
i tried to do one some thing about going down some where but when i talk to one of the npcs it says u have to be lvl 70 or 80 i 4got and i got the qest at lvl 60 ?????
