Level 35 Quest

Hey guys, It seems I have missed my level 35 quest... Apparently it gives a +2 Item. I am a neophyte so I was hoping any other neo's out there could help me out. Who do I speak to e.t.c. Thanks in advance.

I'm not a neo/rogue/assassin, but I can help on this one. :D

Just talk to Raymond in the Rogue's guild, in Guild Plaza, which is north of Arcaninas Square/Brynhilld.
You'll need 30 Clorens and 1 Sealed Magic Book.

Clorens can be found in Shaio Forest and Belteranin Forest. The Sealed Magic Book is dropped by the Gardiant (mini-boss) in Belteranin.
