question about 25spr rest str

does this hybrid build have to use sparkcash items to be a beast? i mean, is full str better for players who aren't using sparkcash?

I don't think either one is more dependent on sparkcash than the other. I suppose you could say that as full str you'd need to use sparkcash to get the same critical rate as you would with 25 spr. But the thing is, even with no additional critical from sparkcash as full str you will have about +1/4 more damage from str to every hit you do, and in the end do more damage over time. Yeah you'll critical somewhat less, but pure str seems to come out on top. I had 25 spr for the longest time, and when I finally restatted it to str, the difference was noticable.

crap i input 15 spr already, and that item i got from lvl 30 only allow me to reset 10 stat points, is there any other way that will allow me to reset the other 5 spr into str?

You could just have 25 spr, its by no means bad. If you've got a spare 3650 sparkcash you can get a stat reset scroll. Or just leave the 5 points, not really a big deal.

well as i see it spr isnt worht it at all. i mean, yes, spr does raise your critical rate, but you wont be always getting critical hits and so you should concentrate more on your average damage than on your criticals. i have a 2:1 str/end build and i hit criticals normally so i'd say dont put any into spr.

Not quite what I meant. What you will get is something like 1/4 more damage (from your str stat points). Ah ah, I see the problem though. I was thinking in terms of a capped player, because I'm stuck in that mindset. At level 79, you have 94 total points. About 100, 25 being roughly 1/4th. But of course, the person asking this sort of question isn't level 79,so this doesn't apply :P

The reason why that is relevant anyway though, is because str points are pretty dang awesome. Each point = 1.2 damage added to each hit, so you want as much as possible of that as a damage dealer. Cutting out a fourth of your possible amount of this has an impact. As I said, when I switched from 25 spr to all str, the difference in damage was noticeable. Especially when fightingh high def people/stuff, where the advantages of str really show.
