Sorry if this is a noob question, but where do we change our hair style and hair color? is it possible even?

You can change your hairstyle and color by talking to the Stylist southeast of Arcarina Square at a small cost kron.

Are there several types of hairstyles though? Everything I've seen is pretty boring looking.

There are 3 hairstyles, with 3 different colours for each. Unless you go to the cash store and either buy a wig or emo hair.
