Uggh, I tried Downloading the new one, but the time remaining goes up, not down and like in the middle of it it says network problem or something and won't finish the DL

you need to download the installer to your harddrive and then run it locally





if you click on the installer and choose "run" instead of "save" it doesn't seem to work for some reason...
