There are quite a few ways to make yourself a signature. Other than asking one of the fabulous Outsparkian sig-smiths to do it (you can find oodles of threads posted by wonderful graphic artists all over the FanArt forum), you can have a go yourself. Typically, there are two main kinds of signatures. The first kind uses a screenshot of your in-game Fiesta toon/character, the second is a picture or drawing of a character that resembles what you imagine your character looks like. The ladder option typically draws artwork from sources outside the Fiesta universe.
An example of a signature using your in-game character: (Omenra's sig)

When making your own signature, the first thing you'll need to get is a graphical editing program. The two most popular appear to be Adobe Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. Once you've decided which of the two above-mentioned kinds of sigs you want, think about things like what colors are your favorite, do you like dark or light colors, do you like bubbly backgrounds with hearts or do you like raw, edgy backgrounds that look more like graffiti? There's also the format of the signature: some people like a more horizontal-bar approach like this one:

Others like images that utilize some form of transparency, like this:

Typically, if you're planning on building transparency (parts of the background that are see-through), you'll probably save your image as a .gif or .png file which enables the transparency.
If you're stumped or looking for ideas, talk to a well-known graphic designer. The three I am most familiar with are Omen, Cha0s, and more recently, Kannagi, the person who did my current sig. Links to their sig shops are below:
Omenra (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69242)
Cha0s (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80467)
Kannagi (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91104)
Additionally, I've posted a link to a Youtube video which shows, to some extent, how to make a forum signature on Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Hope this helps and good luck!

What sucks for me is that i don't have any of these photo editing programs so it's kinda hard. But lately i found a guide on how to make a siggy in paint and it's pretty good. But thanks anyway. :D
