I know that sometimes the problem is fixed by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again. You try that already?

If it worked before, try checking your internet connection. Sometimes internet connection can get weak and get strong later.

Is your graphic driver updated? A problem with your driver can mess your game graphics even if you can get into the game. Get the latest updates and try again.
