Sorry to say though, I think you'll have to buy from Fiesta store, or get ur mate a +6 one.
I've been to elderine green vendors, I've seen a lvl 50 bow +9, but only once...
Im on Bijou, and I think the vendor was kinda near to captain shutian if you wanna give a shot.

Yeah I heard... was sold by the time i got there. The main problem is i've seen like 5-6 other different people shouting for the same thing. That as just yesturday x.x. I'm still searching, she isn't close to 6x just yet and still needs one. If anyone finds one buy it... and i'll add 1g to the price tag. Bump.

I hate this, only if you pay you get cool stuff...
Btw Fiesta is like more expensive than WoW! If you like lotsa crits, being awesome in PvP having +9 stuff and etc... I'm thinking on quitting cuz Fiesta stuff is overpowered lol.
And people who buy from store can kill you with store stuff, while in other games, the guys that payed could only kill guys that pay...
