i need to contact a GM!

i need to conctact a gm because something happend and some 1 told me i would get bann/jail which i dont want.

she told i was spamming for i was in elderine and my shout was gone in like 6 -10 secs and then i shouted again soo i dont think thats spamming but...
i think that the other player that wants to get me banned was on a peacefull place and she could only see my and others shout and she was think i was spammin?..
but how does spamming work and in how many secs can u shout again i got maby a solution against spamming for shout u need a cooldown time for liek 10 secs or 15 secs and then u may shout again if that may work for the spamming problems i would be pleased to help but the GMs need to talk about this becuz i dont wanna get banned or jailed.:(

It wont happen, she just could have click the ignore button (Ban was it, right?) and she would not have hear you again. This is Her fault, now yours.

yeah you wont get banned, and anyway, i have no idea how to contact a GM. the only time i think is during an event and even then they dont listen lol. The gods of fiesta have alot of people to listen to. :)

This tells you how to contact a GM http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72713 tho there is no real reason to contact them unless you do get jailed. Also, spamming is a jailable offense. Once you've said what you were selling/buying/forming a party for once, there is no reason to say it again for a few minutes. This will prevent people from yelling at you for spamming and is still plenty of shouts about what you want.

IF spamming is an offence why do we have *Titles* we can receive ONLY IF WE SPAM? Yes courtesy to other players means we should go to less populated maps to get these titles, but there is nowhere in the rules that says you can only do it on certain maps.

As for the spam titles, they are completely possible to obtain without spamming. I've gotten Announcer and I've never spammed.

When a GM is running an event and is talking, that is most certainly not the time to be spamming.

Well the title issue we are working on. If you want to get those title you can try the OX Field in Eld. There is USUALLY no one in there. As for the spamming, yes you can be jailed. But unless you are using vulgar language you wouldn't be banned / suspended until after you had recieved a cuople warnings.

Well, you can spam inside the Caves and OX field right?
