Since im still new to this game i just wanna know how u upgrade ur weapon or where u upgrade ur weapon

You can upgrade your weapon at the Weapon Merchant. Select Refine, then put your weapon in the center. You will notice slots around the center Slot where you put your weapon. You need a stone called elrue to try and upgrade it to +1 to +3. Lix for +4 to +6 and Xir for +7 to +8. This is all a gamble, ur weapon may break, downgrade, or nothing at all. what are the 3 slots on the bottom of the enhancement screen for. i have just been wondering.

Those are for your pants......but only if you are wearing some!

The 3 slots at the bottom are for bonus stones (yet to be implemented) wich will reduce you fail rate / prevent from breaking / reduce downgrade rate. These will be available at Fiesta Store.
