Couldnt you just use PayPal for that? o.O (put money on paypal with ur creditcard and then pay with paypal)

Some people prefer more direct stuff. And I dunno about others, but I had a really hard time setting up my paypal account.

Yea, some people do prefer more direct stuff..

The less people that have your credit card number the better, right? :)
Thanks Outspark.

And to be on the safe side, when you can have credit cards, get one *reserved* for internet usage. I find that safer :) even if it was linked to a paypal account of something else.

Actually this new service is way more reliable than paypal and cuts the middle man in the background. Using it should be a breeze vs using any other services.

I agree, good job! Paypal can take up to 5 days to use, and usually when you want Sparkcash, you want it NAO... so CC option is great!

Also, quick question, I had someone ask me the other week about payment options, and they mentioned something like a pre-paid card. What were they on about? Is that what that KCB and Discover card are (I've never heard of them)?

Discover and JCB are very similar to VISA, it's another type of credit cards.

The prepaid card would be a card that you would buy at your local store then you redeem it with a code online to get the SparkCash in your account. This is not an option yet.

yeah this is great, credit cards are much easier to use instead of paypal.

We can help you via support@outspark.com, SparkCash questions specific to an individual are not appropriate on the open forum.

The reason you received a ticket number is because our system acknowledged your email and notified you about it. Remember: support does not work on weekends so we have not read your message yet. Please be patient and you will receive a reply from a CSR soon.
