CHARACTERS DELETED !!!!!!!!

I went to log into outspark and it said i could not log in so I read abnout the new outspark login and it said i may encounter problems if most recent LAUNCHER isnt downloaded so i downloaded it and then login was FINE


but none of my characters are there and its really Ticking me off ??


 


anyone have any idea ?

Someone didn't pay very much attention the past few weeks.





Let me update you. Upon the end of Closed Beta, ALL CHARACTERS WERE DELETED/RESET.





If your character wasn't at least level 20, it was deleted. If you were
over level 20, you were reset to level 1 and kept name/profession/sex.
That's all.

it was closed beta. at the end of any closed beta that ive ever played the characters were wiped. We were lucky that we got to keep our name/class if we reached lv 20.


stop whining. there wont be any more wipes...

Because it was Closed Beta... the game was in testing at that time. Be glad they'll be letting you keep your Open Beta characters, most betas delete all traces of your character.

I guess you didn't take any time to read either when installing the Closed Beta client.





Something about 'all characters and information will be deleted/reset at the end of closed beta'.


Why do something "stupid" like that? Because of the bugs, the overkill of 'loot drops' from the bazillion 'events' they did during CB2. It would have caused a lot of issues coming into the OB.


So instead, they fixed some bugs, reset everyone back to level 1 if they made it to level 20 and just deleted all characters under 20.


Why do something that "stupid"? Because they make this game and they have the final say. If you don't like it, there's the door. Don't let it hit you in the *** on the way out.

Now i fuking asked the question not for any of you to be diks, but then again I expect that from immature people. So yeah maybe ill take the door Back to Reality and not play this bull**** game AND YOU can take the dor back to the 3rd grade and have the teacher sit there with you to Re-learn communicative values amonst human beings...seeing u wont really get far in life acting the way u are

Standard procedure. They told you ALL characters would be deleted at the end of CB when you first started. If this upsets you so much then Please stay out of Closed Beta's from now on.


Closed beta is not a personal headstart for you. it is to test the game for bugs and glitches. CB characters are throw aways.


Since you have a whopping*4 whole post In almost*1.5 months It is easy to see you didn't post many( if any) bugs you found, meaning you didn't really help much in CB anyway. Reading the forums is also part of CB testing. Sorry, but I have NO pity for you.

Some people just don 't get the idea of BETA testing.... just that..a test, not the actual game.


 


If you can't handle restarting don't play a beta...period. MOST even do wipes at the end of open beta. This is the first one I've played where they plan on letting you keep your OB character. Any other game, will let you have a 2 day head start max...IF it's a pay game..AND you pre-ordered....etc.


Also Lingudar you JUST went to log in and found this out? CB2 ended over a week ago, and open Beta was scheduled to start on the 24th, but got moved to the 27th. Where have you been? off planet that you couldn't even check the site in over a week?
