Why is my character banned with no warning?

All i wanted to know was how i get a golden ticket to enter the event, and i get put in the Restriced Area, Im not pleased, im rather upset, i dont even know what i did GMs please give me a warning at least, or tell me *** i did

Um...I'm not sure. But this isn't something anyone on the forums can answer for you. Check your e-mail to see if outspark sent you a message regarding the situation or submit a PM to Fiesta_help.

spamming questions regarding the ticket event, when the GM clearly stated (and voiced by many others) that the forums are where you can find out what and how to participate in the event.

its not the gm's job to continuously answer the question of each individual regarding events whose notifications have been made on the forums, and in game.

as a forum frequenter, i think you know that spamming, of any sort, can get you put in the restricted area.

Unfortunately, PMing Fiesta_Help would not give you an expedient or proper reply necessarily. All account related inquiries should be sent into support@outspark.com , where a wait of up to 72 hours for a reply may occur.

Well im pissed

I've been in there since yestday, and it keep saying i have 42 hours and 25 minutes, every time i seem to log in, the time increases by a minute, im not happy, im fing pissed off, idk what i did, or why im there, worst i've done to a Gm was say "Kenny you events are getting lame" and then he hasnt done the lame events, such as the "Find a Gm event", he's done good events like the GM Gw or the boss events, im upset, im very upset

idc what it takes, i want out, and if i have be on that charcter for it to count, i cant leave a laptop on for 2 days straight, hell i cant even leave this thing on and running a program for 2 hours w/o almost crashing, for 2 days that'd destroy my computer not happy, very mad

Keep in mind that they get weekends off, so there might not be many around the office to attend to your problem.

What is further more, i spent 5 hours yesterday sitting there doing nothing, and boom just like that it doesnt count!, it only dropped my clock by 2 minutes! and it said i had 35 hours left, when i just checked him like a second ago it said 42 hours 23 mintues 50 seconds what the hell is goin on!

Patience is a virtue. All you can really do right now is wait for the GM's to answer. Doesn't matter how much you complain here they won't answer any faster.

The time my character was imprisoned was aproximetly 4 PM Pacific Standard Time Friday July 25th , it is now 5:50 PM Pacific standard time Sunday July 27th, it has been 49 hours and 50 minutes and i am still imprisoned Why?, let it be known i cannot leave my computer (a laptop using wireless) on by itself with a program running for more than an hour with out it disconnecting, to leave it on for 2 days straight in summer heat of which is happening right now, would destroy my computer, a thing im not a big fan of doing

I would like the GMs to fix this i am not pleased in anyway shape or form, and if this is not resolved within 72 hours you can damn gurantee, you will hear from me again, and this time i wont be so kind, Please fix this as soon as possible, preferably within the next 24-72 hours Thank you very much, i'd rather not give a prime example of what me freaking out is like

Curtosy of GM Kenny, who had taken his time to explain to me the situation, the main problem has been resolved, i should be up and active at aprox 4 PM tomorrow Monday July 28th, for those who tryed to help me via this Forum, thank you for taking the time to post here, just a tad bit annoyed, i do believe i had only asked 3 times, and then went "Crap i missed it!"
