1, why do ppl ask others to enchant items for them? is it because that person might have one of those sc non break thingys or some other reson.
2, how do i get more slots in my personal store
3, do titles do anything useful (i.e the enhancer titles gives you a higher succsess rate etc)

Yes, some people have Red Eyes or Blue Miles to make it so that breaking their items will not occur while enchanting.

You have to purchase a premium mini house from the Fiesta Store in order to get more slots.
3, do titles do anything useful (i.e the enhancer titles gives you a higher succsess rate etc)
From what I have seen, the only titles that have any effect on your gameplay are the weapon titles (Dominator, Killer, Destroyer, etc.). All of the other ones, I believe, exist as a reward for doing hard tasks (enchanting an item to +9) and so that your character's name will look cooler. :)
