A Request to Yosei concerning the *Racist* issue

So I was reading the issue thread on Racism...

And in honesty... The next thread of racism brought into the teva server, I think it should be closed immediately. How many of these topics have been brought to our attention and closed after flaming. I wanted to say it in the racism thread but it was closed. All things concerning about this issue should always go to general discussion of Fiesta or a GM.

This reason it shouldn't be brought into a specific server is cause this issue effects everyone. Also 240, If you got problem with gravii then PM him and not make it public to the people.

KEEP ALL PERSONAL ISSUES TO YOURSELF, make the racism issue to ALL if you want. All of the same thread keep popping up like once a month and It makes me sad to see Teva still concern about this issue because of past events. You got problems? Go to a GM and solve it. Wanna talk about the issue? Talk about it with the community of outspark since I'm sure everyone has thoughts to it. NO PERSONAL FLAMING.

So I just hope Yosei when you read this. To close anything about this issue on any server except as a community. Its annoying to read about it every month I check including in Teva...

I am afraid that is almost impossible to discus such issue without risk of personal attacks<what both threads proved by the way>.
There will be always people who will use such oportunity to shot whit very heavy guns without paying attention to inflicted collateral damages <in other words closed threads>.
I see two ways to control such sytuations.
1. Do not let such threads to continue<by auto closing or deleting, however this is something what should be avoided at all cost>.
2. Removing posts witch may lead to personal flame war.

Falcomist, you have quicker ways to contact me ^^ But yeah... I understand what you guys are saying. Racism is a touchy issue with some players and it is easy to offend people. I really wish we could discuss such things without worrying about arguments breaking out, but it seems impossible.

I like to give threads a chance, and I don't wanna look too strict by closing a thread I predict will break out in arguments. The CLs like to wait til things start to heat up, then when the moment is right, we close it.

For now, all I request is that people do not bring any threads up referring to any of the recently closed threads. Please let this issue die. Don't even bring it up in here.

I was thinking the same thing. In the past month there have been 3 posts about racism and its getting old In my opinion.
