I turned level 20 and went to my skill master for the*warroir*in Elderine. It said go speak to Ruby in Roumen and i did. I gave the letter of appolgy. It didnt prompt me to go speak anywhere else. Now i dont know what to do PLEASE HELP.

I'd check your quest list just to be sure. I believe it should be a blue diamond like visual before the quest, signifying its an Epic Quest of sorts (don't know what it means beyond.. well.. Epic).

I dont even have a quest for it. I had one which was for giving the letter to Ruby.

Only thing I could recommend is make a trek back to the start in Elderine and see if you need to from there. If not.. I'd go over into the Forest of Mist and look at the map. If you see a green ! it means you need to head there. I realize that's not the most helpful of information but I hope it does help solve the problem. Being stuck as a 20 without official title sucks.
