how do i get married....i have a girl! but we dont know how!!

The in-game marriage has not yet been implemented into the game yet (due to be released in early August), however for now, you can get someone (a close friend, a CL, etc.) to do a customized ceremony for you and you can throw your own post-wedding party. :)
