how do we login?

:confused:i was looking everywhere and it has nothing about logging in. I installed everything that i needed... but its just that i can't login. if anyone has any infomation to help me please post/reply.:)

I had the same problem - you just need to wait for the client to download all the patches. Leave the client open go do something else for a while - when the login button is no longer greyed out you can enter the game.

you have about 30 min of patches to DL 1st.

also when i'm just wondering if i'm on the right page...
it asks me for my email and my password but my only question is how does that help you log into your guy.

You need your email and PW to access your account in game. That is the only login you get for the game. Once you log in you pick your server (Apoline) and then create a character from there.

That's an error message.
Did you download Directx 9.0? I believe that error message means that you need to have that downloaded, or at least it looks very similar to it.

Everytime i put in my Email and Password it says cant connect to server even though internet works and I know the psw AND MY Email and it still wont let me enter. ***, I made two accounts and still I can't log in...

Mm. You might be affected by the IP ban or your firewall or anti-virus program may be prohibiting x-trap.
Try checking CSR joker's comments on IP ban in Announcements and uh disable fire-wall and anti-virus programs for the duration of the log in~
