Level Up Quest Problem

I turned level 20 and went to my skill master for the*warroir*in Elderine. It said go speak to Ruby in Roumen and i did. I gave the letter of appolgy. It didnt prompt me to go speak anywhere else. Now i dont know what to do PLEASE HELP.


*people say go back and speak to marty to continue and when i do it askes me if i want to purcase or close. also when i go to the forest of mist to speak to whoever he is it says must speak to skill master in eldrine when i already did 1 part of the quest

Make sure that each NPC doesn't have a "quest list" option on the right when you click them. If you have a quest from a NPC it will pop up first. That doesn't mean that is the only quest available. If "quest list" appears it means they have* more than one quest available.
