Servers busy/closed

I only see two servers on the list and the one I played in yesterday which said "fine" now says "busy" and the other one, like last night says "close".





Does "busy" mean that it's full and I can't log in bc of this or does it mean the server is down at the moment? Anyone know? Should I spasm click Join and wait for some luck or not? lol
