can someone give me some advice on this big problem?

Ok to start off i got to threw everthing perfectly and I have been playing fine for months now and I love the game, but I logged on yesterday and I got to the screen right before I log into the actual game where you pick your charactor you want to use. I clicked the charactor but then I had to run outside real quick. When I came back in the game was logged out and when I signed back in my charactor was gone! I tryed restarting my computer and logging back in and waiting a while but my charator is gone. Is there anything I can to do get him back or do i have to start all over agian?:(

Do you have any brothers or sisters (Or kids) Who could have come into the room, Gone to character select and deleted your character?

I was home alone at the time. so i dont think my sister would do it and where could i get ahold of Fiesta_Help?
