read this B4 Criticising mages unnecesarilly..

I have noticed that ppl who have 1st played as fighter cleric or archers wen play as a mage expect the same gameplay...and wen they r not satisfied they end up in posting criticism unnecessarily...every class is handled diffrently..and EVERY CLASS IS MADE EQUAL...SO STOP CRITICISING US MAGES for GODSAKE..-.-:mad:

I played mage first, then cleric, and now have a lowbie fighter and i must say - mages are the worst to play. Especially at higher lvls i get outdmged by DD fighters and i die all the time. Nova and inferno grab loads of aggro for not thát much dmg (they walk out too if aggro shifts to someone outside the area). We are only good at doing lots of dmg to lots of monsters that cuddle close together :D And we attack and we die unless we get spamhealed :D Soloing is horror cause your aoe requires you to stand still, weo nly have 2 skills we can do while running and if we stand and fight we are spamming hp stones/potions and don't even think about doing aoe XD

I think what he meant by "same" is that he means they all are equal in terms of pros and cons.

Mages are my favorite class in all MMORPGS. But for some reason, in this game it has made me think otherwise. It seems like it is harder to level mages in the lower levels than the other classes. And I hate the fact the soloing is hard for mages. I don't like games where the classes have to rely on parties to level. I think that's dumb. But on the bright side, Mages can do massive damage if you act fast enough.

mages are awesome in all games they hav awsome damage and with the right armour and weapon they can be pretty hard to kill. nova and inferno are a mages dream there awesome.

umm... as a lv6x mage. find a lv6x cleric or 5x and duo aoe in cp1 or aew... easy exp? XD
