Hello,
Is there anyway to display HP bars under the players so i know when to heal them. Or is the only way to see their hp by being in a party? Thank you

I haven't tried, but as far as I know, you can only see the HP of your party members, not random people.

under u or other fellow players?

@fellow players~technically not-unless u in prty with them
