hmmm. try the trouble shooting thread which is if u look at the fiesta folder all the way at the bottum. if nothing there then try the x-trap one under it. ANd if neither of them work try to contact support at Support@outspark.com. and if that does nt work then even i am not able to figure it out. maybe if someone else helped. lol well try these things and post back if they work

I would say your file could be corrupted. Try re-downloading or something, or ask the support for help. Make sure you've got DirectX 9.0 installed too when you fire the game up.

Did you see "Applying Patches..." at the bottom of the Fiesta window?
Since you are new to Fiesta, your computer needs to take time downloading patches.
I seriously can't believe "experienced" players can't solve this problem..... >.>

Does your computer meet the requirements to play?
It sounds like your computer is having problems handling the game, and shuts it down when it's being overwhelmed.
If you have any other programs open, close those as well, seeing as these could cause some problems.

Try downloading another copy of the installer, and re-installing it with that. might be that something went wrong when downloading the installer, also try and keep an eye on the extraction process while installing, sometime it says that a part of the file is corrupted and cannot be installed. am no expert on this, so following my suggestion is up to you.
