Death and return to Rouen lands me under the town with blue screen

This began yesterday. I died and was returned to Rouen and ended up under the town. I could still see other players (with their heads cut off) and npcs, but the whole background was mainly blue. I am able to make my way to the lower level of the town and it is a little better, but when I can see the ground again, I'm floating above it. This has happened every time I've died since yesterday. I can fix it by leaving the town, but when I get returned to town, it's back to being underneath it.





My computer is optimized, has latest updates for XP and DirectX, has 2 gigs of ram, 512 video ram and is only 2 months old.*





Someone in the game said this had been reported before, but I could not find it as there is no search function for the forums. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I have screenshots, just need a way to email/send them to you as I don't have a subscription on imageshack or anything like that.

Just relog, usually solves it... it's a bug many, including myself have had

Thank you, after going thru trying to set up a new account there I found out I have an account there, so here is the screen shot of the problem. If u need it showing in other parts of Rouen, like where I can see parts of people, just let me know, I'm sure it will happen again.
