today when i re-installed the game and i logged in my lvl 10 char was gone...

Not a bug... ALL characters under 20 from CB2 were wiped.

That isn't exactly fair though, I love my name, it was Yume, but now i'm stuck with a name I really don't care for much anymore, I don't care about anything else though, I just want my name back!

You had plenty of time to get it back. They warned people at least a week before CB2 closed that people who made level 20+ would be allowed to keep their names. Those who didn't take it seriously, lost their names. If you can't create the name now, I doubt you'll get the chance to again until another server opens up. /sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-undecided.gif
