Earn money by selling the items monsters drop, vendoring off stuff you have, or doing quest.*By heal you mean heal yourself with a skill? If that's the case then you can't unless you are a cleric. They will have a healing skill at the beginning of the game. The HP stones and SP stones can be bought from the Healer Ruby in Rouman.*

to heal you can be a cleric, who gets the heal spell at lvl 3, you have mentioned the stones but you also have the pots which you can make for yourself with the alchemy skill*also pressing your home key (on your keyboard)*to go into your house to heal.
