Thats was a mod for windows. Linux is able to do that and they came out with a mod. I don't use it because it takes up too much ram.

honestly i dont get all the vista hate. its not that bad and has a much more indepth system than XP. the CLI far tops XP's, and its overall much simpler to use and customize. Not only that it has a greater potiental to have user created mods, not unlike linux. so yeah if you hate vista, keep xp, or swap to linux / mac.
