Hello:D I wanna have a decomp-comp char so is there a npc who sells copper ores mq or lq?

No, as far as I know. You have to either buy them off other players or mine them in Echo Cave.

omg it's shadow! Eeck I was like where'd he go in?(in VT with hika) until I realised u were in KKP KQ. Hope u did good.

Mining is rather easy. Point, click, mine, retrieve items, repeat.
You could make a comp/decomper as well to get more out of what you mine. Or set up a purchase shop to buy ore, or buy from players selling.

Actually if you walk into Echo cave and yell a good price someone will response and you can buy off them.
I even success trade with someone saying my 1 stack of MQ/HQ exchange for 2 stack of LQ
