I've had this glitch in CB and now its in OB too. If I try to use a production skill in*a mushroom, the bar thing only goes a little bit and then dissapears. Then, when I get out of the mushroom, my arms are doing the production motion and I'm still holding my weapons. The only way that seems to stop this is to relog.
